My name is Neil Hughes and I have been a fully qualified driving instructor since 2002.I use to live in Bury st Edmunds and I done most of my training in Cambridge. I live in Newmarket now .
I've passed my IAM, ROSPA advanced driving test. I have a btec 4 in coaching techniques, skills to teach you to be a confident driver . i have done a stress anxiety course im doing a mindfulness course at the moment to help you

I do realise that you want to pass your tests as quickly as possible and I will do everything I can to help you achieve this. However, it is also important that once you pass your test you are confident that you can drive safely whenever and wherever you want. Therefore, I will teach you how to drive safely and not just how to pass your test.
To help you prepare for your practical driving test I will arrange for you to have a Mock Test. This mirrors the real test as closely as possible. It will be conducted and marked in the same way as the real test with a written report at the end and full feedback. This will ensure that we can focus on any weak areas and help with nerves, as you will know what to expect on the day.
Passing your test needs you to not be asking for any help ! Covering all syllabus on your own !
HOW TO PASS FIRST TIME Every learner driver would like to know how to pass their driving test at the first attempt and we are going to share that with you right now. On your first lesson The driving examiner on the day of your driving test wants to know if you are a safe driver, and being a safe driver can be summarised by these points: • You are in control of your car at all times • You can spot hazards then avoid or eliminate them • You follow the Highway Code • You have the attitude of a safe driver So now you know what the examiner is looking for, it would make sense to adopt these points right from your very first lesson, meaning that every time you learn a new driving skill you can make sure you are safe by completing those points.
